Artwork Return Policy

Returns Eligibility:
- You may return any artwork purchased from me within one week (7 days) from the date of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, the artwork must be in its original condition and undamaged. This includes the original packaging, certificates of authenticity, and any accessories or documents that came with the artwork.
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact me using the links above to request a return authorization (RA) number.
- Carefully pack the artwork in its original packaging to ensure it is adequately protected during transit.
- Include a copy of the original invoice and the RA number inside the package.
- Ship the artwork to the address provided by our customer service team.
- Once we receive the returned artwork and verify that it is in its original condition, we will process your refund within 1-3 business days.
- Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
